The seeds of Airway Charter Services were first planted in 1985 with an Aerostar. Operations were officially established in Santa Barbara in 1991 in order to provide a better overall charter experience to our valued customers, which included the transition to several turboprop aircraft (Beechcraft King Air).
We have continued to grow steadily as we expanded into jet aircraft, with the intent to not only meet but to exceed the ever-changing needs of today’s demanding traveler.
Today we proudly operate the most popular business jet in the world, the Citation XLS+. Our 30 years of experience and a flawless safety record assure you that you are in good hands with Airway Charter Services.
To provide the highest level of safety, comfort and reliability in private Charter Aviation.
We accomplish this by utilizing a pro-active approach in all aspects of our operation. Our expertise and emphasis on attention to detail ensure your flight will go seamlessly without any surprises.
Our pilots are the most professional, well trained, customer service-oriented in the industry. Each pilot is trained and checked to pilot-in-command standards and undergoes semi-annual flight simulator training, giving you the benefit of two Captain-qualified pilots on the flight deck at all times. Additionally, all of our Captains are full-time, non-union employees with extensive executive aviation experience, providing you the comfort of seeing the same pilots on every charter flight.
